We offer tax preparation, business advisory, accounting, and consulting services. Our services are provided digitally or in person, depending on the engagement. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final once services have begun. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund may be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees. Due to the nature of digital downloads and educational content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience issues accessing a product, please submit a contact us form on our website, send us an email, or reach out to us on social media and we will ensure you receive your purchase. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Refunds are not provided for previous billing cycles. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit any deposit or prepayment made. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
